The Spoldi Method
Our method is not just technical – it is a ritual built on decades of experience and deep respect for the craft of watchmaking.
Six Phases of Care
- Welcome – Your watch is received as a guest. Initial photography, personal record, owner’s story gathered
- Diagnosis – Listening with Witschi timing machine, binocular microscope inspection, 6-position functional test
- Dialogue – Marco personally explains findings, needs and recommendations. No cold jargon – conversation
- Intervention – Every phase documented with photographs. You can follow your watch’s “diary”
- The Awakening – The moment the mechanism starts beating again after the service. Marco calls this “the awakening”
- Return – With intervention certificate, complete photographic report and warranty
