Authorised Rolex Service Centres (RSC) offer excellent service but with known limitations:

How much does it cost to service a Rolex?
From a custom quote for a 3-hand automatic (Datejust, Oyster Perpetual) to a custom quote for a Daytona chronograph. Authorised RSC centres start higher. Savings: 35-50%.
How often should a Rolex be serviced?
Rolex recommends every 10 years for modern calibres (32xx). For earlier calibres (30xx), every 5-7 years. If it loses more than 5 seconds per day or has reduced power reserve, it’s time.
Does servicing by an independent watchmaker devalue my Rolex?
No. For out-of-warranty watches, the market does not distinguish between authorised and qualified independent service. In fact, a serviced watch with certificate is worth more than an unserviced one.
How long does a Rolex service take?
2-3 weeks for a 3-hand model, 3-4 weeks for a Daytona. Rolex centres require 6-12 months due to backlog.
Do you use original Rolex parts?
Yes, when available and necessary. For generic components (gaskets, springs), we use certified equivalent-quality parts. Every replacement is documented in the service certificate.
