2. Services
Strumenti del Tempo offers revision, restoration, repair and maintenance services for mechanical and quartz luxury watches, plus sale of watchmaking accessories.
3. Quotes
- Every quote is free and non-binding
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue
- No work is carried out without written client approval
- If additional needs emerge during the work, the client is informed before proceeding
4. Shipping & Collection
- Collection and delivery available across Italy via insured courier
- The watch is insured for its full declared value from collection to return
- Professional packaging material is provided free of charge
- Strumenti del Tempo is not liable for damage from inadequate packaging if the client uses their own
5. Warranty
- Every complete service includes a 12-month warranty
- Individual repairs include a 6-month warranty on the affected part
- The warranty covers defects in the work performed, not further faults or accidental damage
- The warranty is void in case of tampering by third parties or improper use
6. Payments
- We accept: bank transfer, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal
- Payment is due upon completion, before return
- For jobs over €500, 3 interest-free instalments are available
7. Liability
Strumenti del Tempo is committed to the utmost care in the custody and handling of entrusted watches. Liability is limited to the insured value declared by the client at the time of delivery.
8. Right of Withdrawal
For repair/service work, the right of withdrawal applies before work begins. For online purchases of physical goods, withdrawal is exercisable within 14 days of delivery under EU Directive 2011/83.
9. Jurisdiction
Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Court of Busto Arsizio (VA), except the mandatory consumer forum.
