Frequently Asked Questions

Service & Maintenance

How often should a mechanical watch be serviced?

Manufacturers recommend a service every 5-7 years (10 years for recent Rolex calibres). If your watch loses precision, has reduced power reserve, or has been exposed to impacts or water, we recommend bringing the service forward.

How long does a service take?

On average 2-4 weeks, with photographic updates throughout the process.

Shipping & Collection

How can I send my watch?

We arrange home collection across Italy and Europe with insured courier. Your watch is covered for its full declared value from collection to return.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer insured shipping across Europe (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and more).

Warranty & Payment

What warranty do you offer?

12 months on complete service, 6 months on individual repairs. With written certificate and photographic documentation.

How can I pay?

Bank transfer, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal. For interventions above a certain threshold: payment in 3 interest-free instalments.

Do you use original parts?

Preferably yes. For vintage watches or when original parts are unavailable, we use certified equivalent-quality components, always communicating the choice to the client.

Our Service

Are you an authorised centre?

We are a qualified independent watchmaking workshop with over 35 years of experience. This allows us faster turnaround, lower costs and a conservative approach that preserves original components.

Can I track my watch’s progress?

Absolutely. We send photographic updates via email or WhatsApp during the main phases of the intervention.
